These Terms govern your use of the Ask PDaniel mobile and web applications, operated by The Flaming Youth Empowerment Initiative ("the ministry", "we"). By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Ask PDaniel answers questions using artificial intelligence grounded in the publicly available teachings of Pastor Daniel Olawande. Answers are generated automatically and may contain mistakes. They are offered for spiritual encouragement and information only. They are not personal pastoral counsel, and not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. For personal guidance, contact the ministry directly. Voice playback may use a licensed synthetic voice created with Pastor Daniel Olawande's written consent; it is a reproduction, not the Pastor speaking live.
You may use core features as a guest. Creating an account requires a valid email address and access to it, since sign in uses one time codes. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old.
We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms.
Free and paid plans are described in the app. Paid plans are billed monthly and renew each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Profile, then Manage subscription. Cancelling stops future billing; access continues to the end of the paid period. Except where the law requires, payments already made are not refunded. Where you subscribe through an app store, that store's billing terms, cancellation process and refund policy also apply.
Price changes. We may change the price of a paid plan, for example when the cost of running the service changes (including the voice, AI and hosting services it relies on), when taxes or app store fees change, or when we add significant features. If the price of your plan goes up, we will tell you inside the app at least 30 days before your first payment at the new price, and by email where we can. The notice will give your plan, the current and new prices, the date the new price starts and how to cancel. If you do not want to continue at the new price, cancel before that date and you will not be charged it. Where your app store asks you to accept a higher price, your plan ends at that renewal if you do not accept. A lower price may apply without notice.
The app, its design, name and branding belong to the ministry. Sermon recordings and teachings remain the property of their owners. You own the questions you write. You may share answers using the share feature for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution to Ask PDaniel.
We work to keep the service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. Features may change, be added or be withdrawn. Voice availability varies by language.
To the fullest extent the law allows, the ministry is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Nigerian law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction.
