Ask PDaniel is a mobile and web application operated by The Flaming Youth Empowerment Initiative ("the ministry", "we", "us"). We are the data controller for the personal data described here, and this policy is written to comply with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA).

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, files, health data or browsing history. There are no adverts and no advertising trackers.
To generate answers and read them aloud, run your account and subscription, apply plan limits, review reported content, keep the service safe, and meet legal obligations. Our legal bases under the NDPA are contract performance, consent, legitimate interest, and legal obligation.
Ask PDaniel uses AI to generate its answers. Voice playback may use a licensed synthetic voice created with the knowledge and written consent of Pastor Daniel Olawande. Answers are for spiritual encouragement and information. They are not a substitute for personal pastoral counsel, or for medical, legal or financial advice. Every answer carries a report option.
Before you ask your first question, the app shows you where your questions go and asks for your permission. Nothing you type or say is sent to an AI service until you agree. If you change your mind, you can delete your account at any time from Profile, then Delete account.

This list reflects the providers we use today; if we add or change one, we update this page. We never sell personal data and never share it for anyone's marketing. Some providers operate outside Nigeria, including in the United States and European Union; we apply safeguards consistent with the NDPA.
Account data and message history stay while your account is active or until you delete them. Voice recordings are not retained by us. Service logs are kept only as long as needed to run and secure the service. Payment records are kept as financial law requires. Deleted account data is removed within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep.
Under the NDPA you may access, correct, delete, restrict, object, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent at any time. You may complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission at ndpc.gov.ng. To exercise any right, email flamingyouthempowerment@gmail.com or use the in-app options.
In the app: Profile, then Delete account. On the web: use our deletion request page. Deleting your account cancels a subscription bought on our website. It cannot cancel one bought through Google Play or the App Store; cancel that in the store first so you are not billed again.
Ask PDaniel is intended for users aged 13 and above and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data.
All traffic is encrypted. Access inside our systems is restricted so each account reads only its own records. AI service keys live only on our servers, never in the app. If we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, tell you inside the app.
